Eneco Holdings is engaged in the utilization and production of various natural energies. We are expanding our energy operations with state-of-the-art technology that has evolved emulsion technology.
・Emulsion fuel” refers to fuel made by stirring water and surfactants in with a fuel oil (e.g. heavy oil, kerosene or gas oil).
・Emulsion fuel leads to savings on the cost of fuel by adding water.
・Emulsion fuel has the effect of suppressing the generation of carbon dioxide (CO2), nitrogen oxide (NOx), sulfur oxide (SOx) and particulate matter (PM) and the effect of reducing the environmental burden brought about by gas discharged during combustion.
・In traditional emulsion fuel, the fuel oil and water separates over time and this water may lead to the malfunction of combustion equipment.
・If the emulsion fuel is not mixed completely evenly, unevenness may surface in combustion and output may fall below that of the base oil.
・It may be less likely to lead to significant cost savings by using surfactants with a low water addition rate.
・The proportion of water in traditional emulsion fuel is 10% to 20% at most, but Eneco PLASMA FUSION makes output equivalent to the base oil possible even with the addition of water up to 70%.
・This high water addition rate leads to a reduction in the emission of environmental pollutants and also leads to a cut in costs in conjunction with this.
・It is possible to semi-permanently fuse together fuel oil and water in smaller particles than with traditional technology, so there is no separation and impact on combustion equipment. In the unlikely event of this occurring, PL insurance applies.
・The emulsion fuel from Eneco Holdings is transparent in comparison with the cloudy color of the emulsion fuels from other companies.
